If you are looking for french cotton lace for heirloom sewing at a decent price, here is a place I found and have actually ordered from. The first time I encountered this company was at the Nashville AQS. (American Quilter’s Society) Their price was better than any price I could get here in the US and they were easy to work with. Just email them for a price list and shipping is included in the price. You can even pay with PayPal. Fine French Lace I bought all the lace I needed to make this Christening Gown by Martha Pullen. No I have not started this but I have all I need to do it with.

I took Martha’s Heirloom Bernina licensing school this spring. It was wonderful. I purchased the pattern that you show in your blog. I’m hoping to make that christening dress in the next two months!! Wish me luck!
I do wish you much luck. I hope to work on mine this year too. I hope you will let me know how it is going.
